custom apparel - how it works

It’s this simple.
Choose from the available DagTees products - pick your colours, fabric types & sizes - and purchase.
Remember to purchase a Logo Design Bundle at this point for each logo you want making or converting to a Vector File.

Send us your Artwork, quoting your Order Number, to contact@dagtees.co.uk or upload your files in the Custom Enquiry Form at the bottom of the page.
For best results we need Vector Artwork (SVG, EPS etc). PNG files can also be used where the background is transparent. Where you need Artwork remade into a Vector File, you need to purchase a Logo Design Bundle for each item.
We charge a low, flat £10 fee per item.
By electing not to use Vector Artwork or Transparent PNG’s, you accept that there may be a sub-optimal quality design produced.

For any custom designs, changes or tweaks - please get in contact by emailing us at contact@dagtees.co.uk where we’ll be happy to help, signpost you to an alternative product or a custom quotation where suitable.

Once we have all your artwork, we will tweak any artwork as needed and create a mockup of the design and placement of logos.
We won’t begin production until you have signed off on the design. -
Once you’ve signed off the Design Mockup of your Tees, Hoodies or Accessories, we will commence production of your order.
We aim to have your order produced and ready for dispatch within 5 working days of signing off the Design Mockup. This can sometimes slip into 7-10 working days at peak times, but we will always keep you updated.

Once your order has been produced, we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. We normally use EVRI, or where local, will deliver ourselves.
If you have a preferred means to postage (i.e EVRI are terrible in your local area) please let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
